You may return any unused product within 14 days of delivery for a full refund, provided it is in its original condition and packaging.
Every online order is subject to the applicable consumer protection laws and includes the right to return the product within 14 days of receipt, as regulated by EU Directive 2011/83/EU on consumer rights.
A few things to note:
- Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect.
- Refunds will be issued via your original payment method once we've received and inspected the returned item.
- We are unable to refund items that show signs of use, damage, or missing content.
- Please allow 5-10 business days for the refund to appear in your account after the return has been processed.
