Refund Policy & Right of Withdrawal

As a customer, you have the right to withdraw from your online purchase within 14 calendar days of receiving your order, without providing a reason and without incurring any penalty, in accordance with EU Directive 2011/83/EU on consumer rights.

Return Conditions

• The product must be returned in its original, resaleable condition, with no signs of use or damage.
• Opening the packaging must not result in visible changes to the product's appearance or functionality.
• If the item is not returned in commercial (resaleable) condition, we reserve the right to reject the return or deduct a reasonable restoration fee from the refund.
• As per Article 55(4) of the Bulgarian Consumer Protection Act, customers are responsible for any diminished value resulting from handling the product beyond what is necessary to determine its nature and functionality.

Return Costs & Refunds

• Return shipping costs are borne by the customer, in accordance with Article 55(2) of the Bulgarian CPA.
• Any additional charges paid for express or non-standard delivery will not be reimbursed.
• Once we receive the returned item and confirm it meets the return conditions, we will issue a refund via bank transfer or the original payment method (except for cash-on-delivery payments, which may incur a postal fee if returned via money order).

Refunds will be processed within 14 days of receiving your return and your withdrawal request.
